ABOUT MATT PARENTE
Yoga's profound impact on me made me feel called to share its healing abilities with everyone that I could, and I’ve been lucky enough to share that dream with the greater Dayton area since 2014. I strive to constantly deepen my knowledge of the mind, body and spirit so that I can better serve those in my classes and personal sessions. Having these different lenses allows me to decide the best path for improvement. Together we will work to instill confidence while simultaneously conquering your fears. Strength and flexibility training, mindfulness techniques, breathing, yoga and other ancient systems all work to create a tool belt specific to and as unique as each individual. We all require different tools to empower ourselves and find our personal balance, and it is my passion to help you unlock the tools necessary for ultimate self-betterment.

All of my services are oriented around guiding you on your personal journey to achieve balance. Balance is not a destination, or a specific time in your life. Balance is the constant focus on all of the subtle shifts in our environment and the preparation for responding accordingly. Empowerment comes from the acknowledgement and appreciation of balance’s continuous dance. Once we become aware, we can then focus and refine our perception of every tiny variable and natural cycle both internally and externally. From this awareness comes balance as well as the strength to sustain it.
