Remote Health Coaching Session
In these sessions we will cycle through various different protocols intended to heighten your self awareness. Together we will set an intention for each session and then discuss the different protocols that align with your intention so you have some knowledge as to why we practice each protocol. The overall structure of each session goes as follows: Intention setting and discussion, grounding mindfulness practice, breathwork, gentle movement, meditation. Each session is unique and designed to be exactly what you need at that specific time. Sessions may be recorded and repeated as necessary.
